Superb location, Clean and well-designed bathrooms, Availability of family rooms
Outdated bathroom facilities could use modernization!!! Noise from nearby tramlines was quite disruptive!!! Limited electrical outlets make it difficult for multiple devices to charge!!! General wear and tear of the facilities should definitely be addressed!!!

We had a fantastic time with friends! The staff was super friendly, always ready to assist. The breakfast was enjoyable, offering a solid variety. Loved how close the hotel was to the Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar, making it easy to explore. I definitely recommend this spot for a group trip!
One thing to note is that the Wi-Fi connection wasn't the most reliable during our stay, but it was manageable overall.
